Do I need a permit to remodel in Palm Beach County?
Almost always yes for anything beyond paint and flooring: moving walls, plumbing, electrical, and most kitchen and bathroom scopes require permits. We handle permitting as part of the project, and we build to pass inspection the first time.
How is TLG different from a typical remodeling contractor?
We spend the other half of our week inside damaged walls. Yes, and it is one of the smartest times to do it. If insurance is already rebuilding your kitchen after a water loss, upgrading finishes and layout at the same time costs far less than a standalone remodel later. We keep the insurance scope and the upgrade scope cleanly separated so your claim stays clean.
